Dale has been with NTPA since 1995, starting as a Tech Official and moving his way to his current positions as an NTPA certified roll cage inspector, WPI Regional Director for Regions III and V, and head tech official for the United Pullers of Minnesota. Tractor pulling has always been a significant part of Dale's life starting in the garden tractor ranks, where he and his children have many outstanding accomplishments. Before joining NTPA, Dale was a competitor, member and National Committee Chairman of the National Garden Tractor Pullers Association. His involvement with the NGTPA opened the door for him to join NTPA as a Tech Official in 1995. In 1998, Dale was selected to be an inspector for the NTPA roll cage program. Among his tasks he worked alongside Larry Richwine to develop the current Super Farm turbo rules and inspection procedures. In 2004, he took over the positions of Regional National Director for Regions III and V and in 2005 he created the Regional National Midsummer Shootout Series. In his spare him, he enjoys writing feature and technical articles for The Puller magazine. Aside from pulling, Dale closely follows NASCAR and enjoys camping with his family. Dale and his wife Donna reside in Rosemount, Minn., and have four children, Kelly, Kimberly, Kyle and Kevin.

Roger Kutz has been involved in tractor pulling since the early 1970s. He started pulling regularly with Wisconsin Tractor Puller Association and NTPA in 1976 when he purchased his first modified tractor. During his 10 years of successful competition Roger built two more modified tractors. He reached the height of his success with "Silent Thunder," which won a Region III championship, an Indy Super Pull win, a Grand National win in Tomah, Wis., as well as many others. Roger quit competing in 1986 and became involved with both WTPA and NTPA as a tech official. He is currently involved with WTPA as Competition Director and Treasurer. He works with WPI-NTPA as Regional Director in Wisconsin. Roger and his wife crop farm. He also works for the City of Jefferson Public Works Department.

Kim Richwine is the Advertising Account Representative for The Puller magazine. Her involvement in tractor pulling has been lifelong due to her father's competition and eventual employment with NTPA. During her teenage years she worked alongside her mother and sister in the NTPA entry trailer at Grand National events, allowing her to grow up with NTPA competitors, officials and promoters throughout the country.

While attending Ball State University, Kim earned a degree in Broadcasting Business & Management with minors in Advertising and Graphic Design. After graduation, Kim started a career in sales, and that's where she found her niche in the business world. Being hired by The Puller in July 2007 was initially a part-time employment addition to a full-time job. In November 2008 Kim turned her advertising responsibilities with NTPA into a project within her own consulting company. Kim Richwine Consulting specializes in mostly motorsports sponsorship management and website design and maintenance.

Kim currently lives in downtown Indianapolis, Ind. with her Labrador Retriever named Candy. Her spare time is spent riding and showing horses with her mother, spending time with friends, or working with Indiana charities such as the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Indiana.

Joe Schaller is on the WPI Board of Directors and contributes to NTPA marketing and sponsorship services. As a young man, Joe remembers attending tractor pulls with his father to watch their neighbors pull. After briefly working with the National Council of Corvette Clubs, Joe joined the Northwestern Ohio Tractor Pullers Association in 1982, working on their Heartbreaker sled. Since then he has served on the NWOTPA board (’86-’06), the WPI Board of Directors since 2007, and worked with NTPA Marketing and Development since 2006. Joe is employed by Perrysburg Township and owns a dump truck business. In his spare time he enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Erie. Joe resides in Perrysburg, Ohio with his wife, Mary and they have a daughter named Laura.
